All DSL modem returns need to include:

• modem
• power supply

In the return address include account number, like:

To return and exchange a defective modem for a replacement please ship your modem to:

To return a modem for a DSL account which is being caneclled please ship your modem to:

Attn: DSL modem cancellation

*The DSL modem remains the property of Atlantic Broadband and must be returned or you will be charged $50 for the modem.
